Our favorite breed for dark egg lovers. This order is for our pure Black Copper Marans with deep chocolate eggs, some of our line also have speckles. Depth of color for pure BCM will vary as the season progresses and will lighten from what the lay at the beginning of the season. The genetics for rich, dark brown are there in this flock. 
 
Egg colors offspring may lay include:
Deep chocolate brown
Deep matt brown
Deep brown with speckles
 
For shipped eggs: 1 dozen minimum per order, 2 dozen maximum. Can combine two half-dozens from different pens/breeds to meet the minimum. 
For local pickup: half dozen minimum.   
Hatching eggs will ship within 1-2 weeks of order, on a Monday or Tuesday.
