Moss & Chocolate: Black Copper Marans pen

Pure Black Copper Marans and Olive Egger Crosses. 
 
Our favorite blend for dark egg lovers. This mix will include both pure Black Copper Marans with deep chocolate eggs, some of our line also have speckles. Depth of color for pure BCM will vary as the season progresses and will lighten from what the lay at the beginning of the season. The genetics for rich, dark brown are there in this flock. 
 
This dozen also includes Black Copper Marans crossed with carefully selected olive egg genetics for offspring that will lay rich chocolate browns, mossy olives, and beautiful varied shades between. Expect rugged, beautiful birds that fit wonderfully into any flock. 
 
Egg colors offspring may lay include:
Deep chocolate brown
Deep matt brown
Dark shades of olive
Moss green
 
We do not currently offer full dozens of BCM, but will have half dozens listed in our online store when they are available. 
 
For shipped eggs: 1 dozen minimum per order, 2 dozen maximum. Can combine two half-dozens from different pens/breeds to meet the minimum. 
For local pickup: half dozen minimum.   
Hatching eggs will ship within 1-2 weeks of order, on a Monday or Tuesday.
